14° North specializes in Asian Caribbean cuisine, a popular style of food that fuses Asian countries and West Indies cuisines. We offer our own special smoked meats and seafood. Located on the sixth floor, 14° North overlooks the beautiful marina in a modern yet comfortable setting. Experience the seamlessly and masterfully blended rich flavors of two different cultures. 14° North’s palatable menu is designed to awaken your senses with local favorites infused with unique, hand-selected Asian spices.

The Chef

Executive Chef Nirmal has over 16 years of experience in the restaurant business and oversees culinary operations with an emphasis on special events. As Executive Chef, he manages day to day operations of the main kitchens and ensures that the best quality products are used throughout the property. He has an extensive culinary background from two world-famous culinary schools in South and East India. He was named Chef of the Year in 2007 at Orange County Resort in India.
